Beer Bread

Of all bread recipes I know, this is the easiest. In fact, it might be the easiest of any baked good recipes. It's crusty on the outside but soft and moist on the inside, which makes it my favorite with soups and stews. I use whichever beer is in the fridge; most recently it was Sam Adams Oktoberfest.

Ingredients:
3 cups self-rising flour
1 (12 oz) bottle of beer
3 Tbsp sugar

Combine ingredients in bowl and stir until all flour is absorbed. Put in greased loaf pan and bake at 375 degrees 45-50 minutes.
